Dr. Klinger told me that I have a dry mouth. I had never been told that before. I can understand that because I am on a lot of medications and am a diabetic who suffers from dehydration. He helped me to understand why my cheeks are easily irritated by a dry mouth. He is an excellent dentist and very thorough. He takes extra time with me to go over everything concerning my oral health and the care of my teeth and gums. I would recommend his service.

It went extremely well as always. As stated above, Dr. Linger is the best dentist period.

Porcelain Veneers
Bill Linger is an excellent "General Dentist". However when it comes to Cosmetic- Porcelain Veneers, Bill relies on his esthetic Ceramist (Jake-at Metrolina Dental Laboratory) to fabricate poor quality veneers. I had to have my veneers removed and redone twice where the final results were worse then the originals.

Dental laboratories create veneers, dentures, crowns, bridges, orthodontic appliances, and other dental restorations like implant crowns. There is a huge difference in the quality of these labs. if you are like most dental patients, you have no idea which lab your dentist is using or the quality. This lack of information could cost you dearly. "The lab may be more important than your dentist"

He's absolutely the best dentists I've ever been to. I'm 64 years old and I only deal with the best people that I've found. His staff is excellent too. It's almost like what can't you say about him. I wouldn't even know where to start. Everybody there from the minute you walk in the door -- the dentist, the support people, the people who clean your teeth -- they're all the friendliest and most competent folks I've ever run across. Dr. Linger is by far the best dentist I've ever encountered.

The staff is very nice and the environment is very peaceful. It's inside a large building that has a lot of small businesses. The lighting is very comfortable and it's very relaxing. The dentist is wonderful. I have been seeing him when he was with a different group. I'm seeing him for about 12 years. I had broke part of the tooth one day and I called him about one o'clock, he said to come on in and we'll work it in. It was a minor break and they were very good.

He has a new office and he's great. He's very professional and has a good staff. He's one of the best dentists in Charlotte.

Dr. Linger was able to fix my crown quickly.  He has always been very responsive and he is a very good dentist.

This is the best dental experience from the time you walk in until you leave. Everyone on his staff is truly the best I have ever encountered.

I think they do a good job.

There are 3 or 4 dentists in the same office. They do all kinds of dentistry. I will see him again as soon as I get the money.

It went ok, and we have been going for about 25 years. 

Dr. Linger is a very good dentist. He has a very good staff. I have had a good experience with him.

He is excellent. At the time my mother with present and we started him with my mother. Everyone in there is always attentive, they ask about you and they always remember you. They do anything they can to help you. When I would bring my mother to the two story building they would send someone out with a wheel chair to the car to get her. Everyone there has been tremendous. I still go there. It is not just him. It is him and his entire clinic.

He is competent, well trained, and does a very fine job. He listens to his patients. His staff is excellent as well. He is very competent and knowledgeable.

Excellent. The staff are unfailingly friendly and helpful, as is Dr. Linger. They are the most user friendly medical office I have ever been to and I'm in the business, so have been to many.
