This was an excellent experience!  Every step went so smoothly.  Once I'd decided on the  granite I wanted, Chip quoted the price to me in writing.  He was very upbeat and was able to help with every step of the process, from looking for granites which matched my descriptions of what I wanted to meeting my needs in terms of timing meetings at my convenience and scheduling the work to fit my schedule for an absence from my office for the work to be completed.  At my request, Chip was able to suggest a good plumber and carpenter for my needs.  His staff are true artists and do beautiful work, their pride in the job being obvious.  They took care of every possible detail, including clean up--even to sweeping the floors! I am tickled pink with my new granite countertops.  I just stand and stare at them.

Chip was an enthusiastic and courteous saleman. We went to a local place to pick our stone. It came on time and was a perfect fit for our remodeled kitchen.

Liberty Stone helped with the design, layout, and edges. They even built beautiful supports to make sure the granite was in place and sturdy. They did an amazing job. They were able to help us with our tile backspash as well. They we involved from inception to completion of the entire project. I highly recommend them and I will use them again for a bathroom renovation later this year.

Liberty held our hand the entire way. They came to our home to help us choose the perfect color stone. They explained why this was so important and that most of their competitors skip this step. Then they helped us choose the precise slabs we preferred since they have great relationships with all of the granite warehouses. They even let us choose which parts of the slabs we preferred to use. Their templates were neat and clean and their sales people and installers were all punctual, neat, clean and well dressed. They installed the granite tops before they promised.

The transaction was fast. No problems at all. Worked very well with other subcontractors. Highly recommended!!!

The service was excellent. The salesman was prompt and highly knowledgeable. They really made every effort to confirm that the job was done right. The countertops look great, and they are much more solid than the countertops I see at my friends' houses. I also got a very reasonable price without haggling. It was clear that my satisfaction was necessary before they considered the job to be done.
