Lead Dog had offers to buy 1 day after our house was listed, the first offer fell through. Within days we received another very good offer and we accepted and closed on the sale one and half months later. Lead Dog did a great job helping us navigate the whole process.

Scott Tyler is the consummate professional. He is knowledgable, experienced, savvy and hard working. He was very responsive and, most importantly, very effective. He has a great reputation. Other realtors respect him and listen to him. You will not find any full commission realtor who works harder for his or her client, yet Scott charges a very reasonable flat fee. Scott's business model makes total financial sense. I recommend him without reservation (and have done so several times already).

Bob Clark met with us on short notice and at a time convenient to us, to explain his services and the steps involved in the sale of our home.  He provided us with the necessary market information to help us in the pricing of our home.  He provided signage, took photos, listed us on the MLS,  helped us navigate the Showing Time Appointment Center, assisted us with the contract and inspection process and came to the closing. He was a pleasure to work with and with Lead Dog's Flat Fee Program we saved a lot of money.

Our house was sold in a somewhat challenging market at top dollar at  the most reasonable cost . And, on top of that the fat fee service
saved us 12,000!

Through out the process of listing,selling , and closing we had frequent communications by  phone, txt  and e-mail. The level of service was fantastic. There was never a moment that we ever  questioned our decision to go with Lead Dog.

In the modern age of MLS, internet real estate sites etc., pretty much all you need from a selling agent is to get your house on MLS.
I got my house ready (refinished floors, painted throughout) and set my own listing price. I hired a professional (look up Photographer Real Estate) to take listing photos.
Bob got my info up on MLS which fed Zillow, Trulia etc. on a Wednesday. I had ~15 viewings throughout the weekend and had three (3) offers by Sunday. I sold the house well over list.
Bob was readily available by phone or email when I need to discuss any issues with the potential buyers.
Great experience.

We paid $500 to have our home listed on the MLS. Our property was under contract in 4 months and closed 2 months later. Lead Dog provided all the services of a realty company charging a traditional fee with the exception of Open Houses.

workI have moved many times, have bought and sold many properties and worked with many real estate agents over the years.Simpy put Bob was incredible. He worked extremely hard for me even though he was not earning the traditional 3% listing fee. By his behavior and how hard he worked you would never have known he was earning only 500 vs the tens of thousands of dollars full commission would have been.
