We have been using LB&J for the past five years to file federal and state tax returns. They have grown quite a bit in the last few years. Eric is very knowledgeable and responsive to emails. Their fees are fair and their service is great.

Mostly very well. They know the laws, and how the systems work. I find I have to stay on top of them sometimes to get a response. They are very busy, and I don't expect instant access, but I do want to get response in a reasonable time. Sometimes they are very prompt, and once in a while, slow to respond.

Gave this firm nine months to do many years of past returns that had been neglected by a previous employee. 9 months later & $45,000 spent, not one return filed. In fact, when I was shown the work that was done in 9 months for my $45K it amounted to next to nothing. The work, after terminated, was completed by another CPA firm in 4 weeks for half that amount. Buyer beware.

I was appreciative that I got a free consultation. However, I felt like I didn't take away any new information, and felt rushed, and bothersome to the CPA. I felt as though because I wasn't seen as a high income producer, that I wasn't important. When I have an expansive portfolio one day I will likely choose someone else to help manage.

They were pretty good. They did what I asked for. They met with me twice. They were very professional.

Smoothly. They scheduled a meeting to review my situation. They didn't ask me to bring anything, but I took my past returns with me which helped. Returns were completed fairly quickly. I would suggest clients clarify time required to get the completed returns back, if they need them sooner than 2 weeks.

Mr. Little met me on a Saturday morning at his office. Yes, I did say Saturday morning. That's unheard of and as a result I started out with a favorable impression. Now what I know about taxes and finance, could fill a thimble, a very small thimble. But I could tell as he spoke that Mr. Little knew what he was talking about. Again I was impressed. He's a very personable individual, who game planned several financial strategies for me to consider. Even though I didn't go for tax preparation assistance, after spending an hour with Mr. Little, he's going to be my new tax guy as well advisor as I go through the condo buying process.

Eric was very helpful. I had a tax question on a specific real estate transaction. He ran through the details with me and he was spot on!! I have since filed and his advice was perfect.
