LAYDEEZ PHURST

She was unprofessional, rude, and incompetent.  She has no business at
all fixing a dishwasher, and most likely anything else.  First of all,
her business name made me think she worked for a escort  service.  We
had to use her per our plan, but I did complain to the people that run
the plan and hire the help.  I would NEVER have this woman in my home
again. EVER.  She was rude, and hateful when I questioned her as to
whether or not she'd done this kind of work before.  She also promptly
asked me for the instructions to our dishwasher.   She also said that
she had never known that Maytag MADE dishwashers!!  She didn't even look
at the dishwasher's insides (for lack of a better word) and decided it
needed some part.  It started working again on it's own the next day and
it's worked fine since then. (without this part!!) This woman will never, ever enter my home
again and I suggest that she doesn't enter yours either.  OH, and she's
a bit on the threatening side as well.  I will not be uncomfortable in
my own home by a person who has come to fix something and is getting
paid for it!
I see that her category is ceiling fans...not appliances!  No wonder.....just have to shake my head.  Oh, and she wouldn't even be allowed to touch my ceiling fan either!!

Judy was referred by our agents when we bought the house. We'd had other contract work done on the house but didn't want to pay contractor prices for a small task like installing a ceiling fan. We called Judy and she was able to come on a Saturday afternoon. She was a little late, but she called and gave us a few hours warning that she would be running late and asked us to call if that was a problem. She was very efficient and pleasant and did an excellent job - we now have a working light and ceiling fan!
