"She called me a week after we where there the last time. At that time her account was past due, just another dead beat just looking to not pay for service. If our service was so bad, why did she call me back to clean her leaves. I decided not to work for her and would appreciate being paid."
I have used John for 5 years. He is easy to work with and very friendly. His bills are always timely and never misleading. He takes good care of keeping my yard maintained despite its difficult hill in backyard. He is onsite most weeks vs. several different crews like other companies. He now mows a few of my neighbors as I have recommended him.
Initially, I had a bit of a struggle to find someone willing to provide a quote. It's a rental property with a sizable lawn. I was interested in having it cut every 2 weeks. John met my request of cutting twice monthly; it's always neat and clean when he and his crew leave.
The service provided is exactly what I requested; it's professional, on-time and communication with John is a breeze - he's prompt and a straight shooter.
In sum, I have asked John for another quote. I am moving to a new location and look forward to continuing my relationship with him.
"I was mowing the grass next door, slipped on hill at yard, went through fence. I notified owner ASAP, received 3 expensive estimates to replace a $40 section of fence. The owner calls my business and home and hangs up, does not leave messages. This was an accident, I waited for 2 weeks for (Member) to get estimates, which were very inflated $600 to $1,600 for one section of fence. It took me one week for estimate for $250. I am having the fence repaired on 12/6/11."
