Jason was very professional every visit to do the work. He was not always punctual and didn't return calls very fast, but he did get the job 98% done. I am still unsure about one of the coax runs.. the wire looks like it's run, but can't find it in the wall and he still owes me a cover to the central box.

Overall, the installation was unsatisfactory because we could not operate the system once Mr LaVoie left and would not respond to numerous calls. We joined Angie's List to find someone to correct this problem since we still cannot use this very elaborate system. An electronics technician came to our home two times after we were unable to get Mr. LaVoie to respond to our phone calls. An electronics technician could not satisfactorily correct the deficiencies because Mr. LaVoie had incorporated universal remotes (Harmony RF) with which the technician was unfamiliar and which they could not access because Mr. LaVoie had not revealed the passwords to us. In addition our speaker system, which has outlets in multiple rooms in our home, no longer worked properly. Thus we were far worse off after hiring Mr. LaVoie than we were beforehand.
