It went great. Jack was wonderful working on our house, and when he needed extra parts to complete different projects, he contacted Jody who went to two different stores to get the parts they needed to complete the job. Jack and Jody were so thorough and professional! As I noted above, we had several projects that we just kept putting off. When we finally couldn't ignore one more, we called Lamm. We found them on Angies List, and their reviews, plus their long standing in the Charlotte community made us choose them. They were punctual, informative, thorough, non-judgmental over our horribly lax responsibilities ;) and determined to get everything fixed and ready to go. We had seven projects overall, and all of them were done by noon!

Assess breaker box and change electric breaker. Jack was courteous and explained what he found. He was efficient and punctual.

Lame Electric promptly showed up, installed the circuit in less than 2 hours.

We've been using them a long time. They all know us and we know them. We don't call them that often, but when we do they come. It's a very good company. My wife's family owned a chemical testing laboratory and Lamm used to come and replace all the high lights for us and do electrical work there too, so that's why we use them in our home. My first impression was very good. They always come when you call them and they're very professional, very clean and they do very good work. We've never had to call them back to redo any work. We had an experience with them at my wife’s family business. They were all very professional and very good with what they did. We didn’t have to call them back for anything.

Easy to schedule, showed up on time and did the work quickly and efficiently. Absolutely no complaints.

2 technicians were sent (overkiill ?) for a 15 minute job. They were prompt, curteous, and efficient. I expected to pay the cost of service call, their rate, however, are is too high. For that reason I would not use them again

Would definitely hire again. They were extremely helpful on the phone and when they came to the house. The work was done quickly and efficiently, and they did a good job explaining to me what the problem was and what needed to be done to resolve it. Matt called me back right away and the next day sent a man out (Jack). He accessed the job quickly and started right away with efficiency. Cleaned up very well afterwards. They were great and I'd hire again....nice to deal with pleasant people that know their job well.

I spent about $117. It was fine. There was nothing complicated about the job. They're good electricians who do good work. They're prompt and they explain what they're doing and I've used them about 4 or 5 times and I've found their prices to be very reasonable. They're knowledgeable, they're professional and they do good work. I've recommended them to other friends of mine.

Things have gone awesome with them. They are amazing and I call them every time that I need something. I have multiple rental properties in the Charlotte area and I call them quite often. Their response time is immediate as soon as I call. It is on their schedule and they knock it out quickly. I am 400 miles away from my properties so I need that exact level of service. They are professional and they are second to none. I would absolutely use them again in the future.

I called this provider. A nice lady answered the phone. She told me that someone will call me back. And no one ever did. It does take time to research, take a break from work to make calls. I didn't appreciate the no-call back.

When I called to make an appointment for service, I was asked what the problem was. When I described the situation he suggested I check for a tripped switch which I did. That was the problem and it was corrected in just a few minutes. I told him to send me a bill for his services and he said that it wasn't necessary but to remember him if I ever had any electrical problems in the future. I highly recommend this company and will definately use them in the future!

The person who came out was Jack. I have used Jack multiple times. I called them yesterday. They called me back within two minutes to schedule the appointment for this morning. Their service is so immediate. They are very responsive. He is quick, professional, and polite. I would us them in the future.

Lamm Electric is THE BEST! Their estimate was in line with other estimates we received. Both the lady with whom I spoke to set up the estimate and the electrician who gave us the estimate and did the work were courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Our final bill was exactly the amount of the estimate. It was a pleasure doing business with Lamm Electric. I look forward to doing business with them, again!

It went great! I called on a Saturday and spoke to a live person, who relayed my information to Matt Lamm. Matt called me a an hour or two later and came out. It was raining, so every time he came in from his truck he wiped his feet, and every time he came down from the attic he brushed himself off so that he wouldn't track debris into the bedroom. I was trying to hang some shelves. I drilled the hole for the toggle bolt and nicked a wire. I wasn't sure if I had just damaged the outside sheathing of the wire or if I had hit the actual wires themselves (it turns out I did graze the white wire). Matt had to cut out this wire and ran new wiring to replace it. It took 2.5 hours to fix this and add the junction box for the code problem, and his price was almost exactly what I was expecting to have to spend for Saturday work.

Arrived on time, did the work requested. Had to run a line to the attic in order to tie into a circuit. Noted that it might take a little longer because his helper was not available. Job was neat. I indicated the general area I wanted the outlet and he had a good suggestion as to a preferred location and he was right. He cleaned up after his work and was very polite.
