Lighting Service
We had a major problem with LG Appliances. We smelled something burning near the light fixture in the refridgerator, and it had melted. We told them about the problem and they won't issue a recall. We went back to the store that we originally bought it from, and they are making sure that they notify the customers of this current problem. The light fixture will melt because there is a component on the circuit board that fails, and the light stays on. There are two lights that stay on, and with those lights on it will melt and could start a fire. When they showed up to fix the problem they came with a new circuit board, so they were already aware of the problem. I keep trying to get them to order a recall. They only repair it if people have a problem, but it could potentially cause a fire.
