A terrible, terrible, mistake. Don, the president, made a nice enough first impression. Promising 3D models, which took a while to appear...only after persistent requests did he oblige, the model was not accurate....shower head on wrong wall. Contract was for a small upstairs bath and a larger master bath. 40% Down on the total. Check cleared 28 Sep 16. Upstairs bath was finished on 31 May 17. (Master bath - nothing, asked to be let of the contract more on that later...) The upstairs bath space is 10.5 feet by 5 feet and it has been 8 months! Throughout it all, responses to questions took far too long. Cigarette butts from the crew found in the front yard, tools left behind in the front yard, that I discover while mowing. Light fixtures mounted upside down. Towel bars not at the same level...side by side on the wall. Never being informed that my selections were anything special. I asked out of the contract, and asked for some money back as I have paid over and above what was quoted for the upstairs bath. Getting nowhere with this, I mention small claims as I am frustrated. I get the threat that 'I don't think you are x$'s over budget so I won't take YOU to small claims'. The gall. My advice, stay away, far far away.
