Mr. Trevor Moyo built a new deck at our home in the Emerald Lake Community. He was totally unknown to me and my husband prior to building the deck for us. We provided Mr. Moyo with a general idea of the materials we wanted to use, along with a drawing of the look that we wanted for our new deck. Mr. Moyo then provided us with a detailed CAD drawing of the deck for our approval, he pulled the permits, and started the construction. It is with pleasure that I provide these statements about Mr. Moyo because he built us a beautiful deck. Mr. Moyo possesses an outstanding quality of professionalism. Early into this project, it was obvious to us that he has multiple levels of experience; he approached each day at 8:00 a.m. with a seriousness for the work ahead of him. His business acumen is conducted with an extreme amount of precision and his astuteness in every challenge with the job was always practical. Mr. Moyo is extremely flexible, he provided exceptional insight to us throughout the construction; when there were issues with our design, and if any changes had to be made, he provided solutions. When there were any problems with materials, he went to great lengths to make sure we liked the change in the design. He was inclusive and very considerate of our opinions and our wishes. Mr. Moyoâ s character is one of integrity; during a family emergency, we had to leave out of town for a few days, he created a hassle-free and stress-free situation by continuing the work while we were away. We noticed Mr. Moyo was also deliberate and strategic in his approach to the construction. He stayed within the schedule that was planned and continued to get inspections, lumber, concrete and other supplies moving timely. Mr. Moyo paid close attention to safety in work areas within and around our yard: he ended each day with materials and scraps neatly stacked and all of the debris cleaned-up. He kept his tools and equipment clean and placed them in safe storage every evening. I recently hired Kwamoyo Homes to rebuild my deck and to double its size. The new deck consists of Ipe wood, a Brazilian hardwood that is considered to be the hardest wood in the world. I took a chance with Kwamoyo Homes because the owner was prompt, and provided a very detailed written quote, with CAD drawings. Most of the other quotes were high, were verbal and lacked detail. Kwamoyo Home’s work has exceeded my expectations many times over. The detail-oriented execution and quality of the job is spectacular. I highly recommend Kwamoyo Homes because they are always onsite, on time, and cleanup their debris everyday including, removal of trash consistently. I am super pleased with my new deck and plan to enjoy many years entertaining and relaxing on it. Thankyou Kwamoyo homes for taking pride in your work!
