He comes weekly and sees how the lawn is looking. He is paid by the hour and it depends on the kind of work he is performing. There is no written contract that we have with him. He is extremely good and a perfectionist. He is also a certified arborist. I had several neighbors calling me after he had cut grass in our lawn. They had said our lawn hadn?t looked so good in many years. They had also noted how he had cut the yard. He doesn?t cut it in a straight pattern, but has a different way of doing it, and he is really fast. The edging and trimming that he does is really neat. He also does the hedges very neatly and quickly. I usually leave him messages on his voice mail as he usually works from early morning till evening. He returns my calls but need not come that day itself.
