Description of Work: Was linked to them through my insurance company after some water damage. They dried the house out which went fine but when the repairs came they under budgeted for the project and wanted me to pay the difference. When I refused, they quit. I had to find another contractor who had to redo the estimate and got an additional 5000.00 from the insurance company (another insurance company recomemed company).

It went very well.
Description of Work: I had a flood underneath the kitchen floor, and they had to tear up the kitchen floor and put dryers underneath the kitchen and in the crawlspace. They had to remove and replace the insulation and floorboards.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB UNTIL IT CAME TO THE CABINETS IN THE KITCHEN. THEY WERE NOT THE RIGHT SIZE. WHEN I MENTIONED THIS THEY STATED IT WAS THE STANDARD SIZE AND THEN BLAMED THE INSURANCE COMPANY FOR NOT COVERING WHAT I NEEDED

THEY FILED PAPERWORK WITH INSURANCE COMPANY, CAME IN VERY QUICKLY, BROUGHT IN BLOWERS & FANS, SEEMED VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, SENT A TEAM OF 5.
Description of Work: CLEANED UP FLOODED CARPET & BASEMENT DUE TO BROKEN WATER HEATER. DID DRYWALL REPAIR AND PAINT REPAIR. PULLED UP CARPET AND FOAM.
