It was the smoothest, no-hassle mortgage process I've ever been through. I've bought and sold property often in the past, and Kyle is the most straightforward mortgage broker I've ever dealt with. Past experience has taught me that the mortgage business is a lot like the used car business. You really have to watch out. Many brokers will fib about rates or tack points on to the back to make more money off of you. A lot of these guys prey on those who don't know much about mortgages, and it is easy to get ripped off. Kyle prides himself on running an honest business, and the mortgages he has done for me have reflected that. I plan to use him again in the future, when I buy my next house, because I know I'll be getting the best deal possible.
