Terrible, no professionalism and they were only here for 10 minutes today . They destroyed an area that I was designating as a flower bed. The area was covered, but the idiots still decided to ignore that. Like I said, the service is terrible. DO NOT USE THIS LAWN SERVICE!!!

I would suggest finding another company. They damaged my property. You can’t get a hold of anyone hardly. When you do the issues are just ignored. I have not used them for over two years. Yet they still are sending my a Bill every month. They never even fixed the damage to my Property.

Don't be fooled by the low prices guys, as in this case you don't get what you pay for, you get less than what you pay for, as this service was the poorest lawn moving service I have ever received, as the quality was poor, there was no commitment to customer service and the communication was even worse. When choosing a lawn service, the last thing you want to have to worry about is not only whether they will show up but then having to call them back to finish the job because of cut corners, rushing through the work and leaving the yard with clumps of grass, unedged areas and unmowed sections. Don't waste your time with this service as the headaches of trying to get them to perform as contracted won't be worth it.

We have hired Kelly Lawn to mow our yard on a regular basis. They mow and edge the lawn twice a month and keep the grass very neat.

KellyLawn does a great job, especially for the price.  The mow my lawn weekly, handle leaves in the fall and put out pineneedles in the spring.  They leave my yard and sidewalks looking great.

These guys are great. I wish I could find someone in Rock Hill nearly this good.

Experience has been positive so far. Mr. Kelly has responded via email several times relating to questions I have had. So far so good.

We are very satisfied with Kelly Lawn Care. They do very good work. They are very reasonable.

I  have been trying to cancel my service for 3 weeks now and have not been able to contact this company. I have tried emailing 3 different company addresses and calling to leave a voicemail. The company mailbox has a message that is over 1 month old and the mailbox is full so I can't leave a voicemail. I have not been able to confirm my cancellation. I haven't received a response to my repeated emails.

My grass was overdue from loss of prior provider.  I am disabled so I couldn't just go out and do it myself.  I called Kelly's and spoke with Sean who was awesome!  He understood my situation and although he was booked pretty solid, he fit me in within a couple of days.  They did an outstanding job mowing....the grass length was perfect and I've never been so pleased!  They also do payment by invoice so I don't have to be home when they come.  I've hired them on a regular basis (bi-weekly) and when I drive up I can always tell they've been here because it's like my lawn is smiling :) 
I would recommend Kelly Lawn Care to anyone who is looking for excellent lawn care at a reasonable price.  They're friendly, helpful, reliable and do outstanding work!

Their price is too good, they do a good job and I have no complaints.  I like the fact that they are quick and I like their price.  I like the fact that they just get the job done.  It does not take them very long, they are here for not more than 20 minutes to get it all done and I have a big yard.  They do what they said they are going to do.

I am very happy. They communicated very well. You can start or stop service when you don't need them. They are very easy to communicate with them.

Pros: Quality service provider that is focused on mowing and edging.
Cons: Services limited to mowing and edging. Strong emphasis on the customer being responsible for tracking and reporting missed service visits.

During my service period, there have been instances where the Kelly Lawn team did not show up on the scheduled service date; some of the missed service dates were due to weather, which is necessary and understandable, whereas others were not. Regardless, there was no communication from Kelly Lawn whenever service appointments were missed. Rather, they are adamant that the customer is responsible for reporting any missed service within two days, rather than at the time of billing (which is exactly when you will definitively find out whether or not you're getting billed for missed service). The bottom line is that this is basic record keeping which should be transparent and a non-issue to the customer.
Ultimately, while it's necessary to engage other providers for additional services as needed, I continue to use Kelly Lawn for routine mowing and edging.

Every time we use Kelly Lawn they come out as scheduled and do a great job. I can't believe they do such a great job for $29. What a deal! We highly recommend them.

Their rate is very reasonable, but they charge more if they come every two weeks because the height of the grass is more, and they charge less if they come every week. They are very dependable, they come, they mow the lawn and they are gone. They are back in two weeks, but they have to see the weather, which is to be expected. They are very responsive, I don’t have to keep calling them. They have been good, and I haven’t changed my lawn service for a number of years.

We spend about $50.00 a month, they cut the grass twice.  They were prompt, it took around 15 minutes, and they did a thorough job.  

Sean Kelly's response is intentional, knowingly false and defamatory. We have cancelled checks showing we paid them in full for all services performed within days of receiving their bills. Hence, no late fees. The "bounced check" is because he tried to cash two in one month! He called us and told us he received an empty envelope. We immediately contacted our bank and the fraud department closed the account and put a stop payment on the check. Almost two weeks later, after he had cashed the replacement check (for the previous month and the current month paid in advance), he found and deposited the original check without contacting us prior to doing so. We immediately sent him an e-mail when we found out telling him the account was closed and the check would not clear.
The only legal action pending will be if we choose to pursue the intentional, knowingly false, defamatory statements made by Sean Kelly.

We've been with them for years and we pay them monthly. It is a no brainer because we have a large yard. It might help if we spoke Spanish but if we have any questions we can call and Shawn will return our calls usually within 48 hours. He is the owner. They are very efficient and it looks very nice. Their prices are excellent. They are only late if it rains and they have to catch up from the day before. They are very polite and professional.

I plan to use them in the future.

I've been using them for seven years on a biweekly basis. I can start and stop it whenever I want; usually I go from April or May through October or November. They do a pretty good job and the price is fair. They have occasionally come out right after a rain and we end up with some minor tire tracks on the lawn, but this is a minor issue that has only happened a few times. They do offer leaf service in the fall, as well, which is nice, although we haven't needed it the last couple of years. All in all, everything has gone well.
