Professional and polite, not to mention super responsive and pleasant.  I called on a Saturday, expecting to get an answer back Monday -- but he responded right away and we cheerfully got it done over the weekend.  Very reasonable price.  Did a great job with my huge and awkwardly-placed magnolia stump, and also ground out 4 other old hazards, beyond what I requested.  How nice!

Polite, professional, and fun to talk to... Keith did a great job with the stump removal for me. He completed the work more quickly than I thought could be done, and left the area clean. His pricing was excellent. Would definitely recommend

I contact Keith after seeing his truck out on the road and reading previous reviews on Angie's List.  He answered my first call and scheduled the service for that same weekend.  He arrived at our house with his equipment and went straight to work.  He was very professional and polite.  Other than a quick stop to replace some teeth on his grinder (most likely damaged by the chain-link fence), he worked non-stop for approximately 3-hours.  Our neighbor ended up hiring him on the spot to remove some old crape myrtle stumps as well so it worked out for everyone!

He is a great guy and a hard worker.  His grinder broke down so I put out some floodlights and helped him out.  He is a funny guy, he cracks me up, and he is really smart. 

Arrived on time for appointment and removed the four stumps. The charges didn't include taking away the wood chips but I was able to use them in a mulch bed. He did a fine job.

He was driving around the neighborhood and he offered to grind out my stump for me. He offered to do it right then and take the wood away for me. He did it right away and did everything he said he was going too. I think that the price was good. He was very easy to work with. I would call him again if I needed him.

Keith was very professional and friendly. Came to remove three Bradford pear tree stumps, ended up cutting down two trees and removing all stumps. Did a great job. Work was done very fast and completed as promised.

Overall it went great! I called Keith and told him the story of how the backhoe could not get through these roots where my new footing was being dug. He arrive a couple of hours later and started work. The length of footings was about 12 feet long. Half way through, his equipment broke. He returned the next morning as promised and completed the job. He was super professional according to my wife, who dealt with him. She is not always happy with the way some folks treat her, but said to make sure I give Keith a great rating!

Keith was great -- he came prepared to do the work, stayed to finish when I had to leave, then came to me to show pictures that the work had been completed as requested before he was paid. Great service - definitely exceeded my expectations!!

He called to let me know that he was on his way to give me a price for the job, right on time. He was very professional, polite and the price was right base on other quotes I had received. Took care not to tear up to much of the lawn around the stump.

Keith was doing work in the neighborhood and knocked on our front door. He offered to grind any stumps we had at a good rate. We had eight stumps scattered around the yard and he promptly ground them all. Paid in cash. From the time he knocked to when he was finished was probably less than two to three hours. He was very friendly and very helpful.
