Description of Work: I chose KC Starnes Autobody over several larger, more "well known" body shops in the area. I was a big skeptical because they were significantly less expensive, but after talking to Dennis and Casey I was convinced. I can't overstate how pleased I was with my decision! It's refreshing to deal with a family-owned business where the owners are on-site and take great pride in the quality of their work. Their professionalism, communication, and work quality were top-notch.

Description of Work: K C Starnes did a great job. They walked me step by step through the estimate, the various options, and what they would do. They promptly contacted me when some complications arose due to some hidden damage. I would use them again without hesitation again.

Description of Work: I took my car to get quoted to repair the window and frame after my car was broken into. The first autobody repair that I took the car to quoted me $991. I brought the car in for a second quote from KC Starnes and they did a wonderful job explaining every detail of the job, asked me questions and quoted me about $382. The work came out perfectly and they were very professional and courteous. It is a great feeling knowing that I now have an autobody business that I can trust and would not hesitate coming back to.

Description of Work: I had a friend hit my truck and she paid approx $2,000 to have it repaired. The drivers side front bumper and associated parts needed to be replaced and of course painted. It was a bit over a year ago and I wasn't going to write a review but every time I look at the "F" rated work I get p***** because now I will have to find someone else to fix the bumper. I brought my truck to this shop just prior to the 2011 memorial Day weekend. At first they were short staffed due to vacations....no problem...they fixed and painted the effected areas. Within a week after it was done the paint on the bumper discolored. I took it back and they re-painted. Now a a little over a year later the bumper is clearly not attached to the truck as it should be and the paint is peeling off. Not only would I not recommend them to anyone but even if they wanted to try to fix, for free, it I wouldn't go back.
