Everything went great! I had a small problem with some light bulbs but went in and they fixed it within minutes on the spot. I will definitely go there again, if needed.

Casey was very professional and helpful with explanations. He kept me informed via text messages. Started on schedule a week and a half out to take 3 days, which it did. Started on time and ended as promised. The estimating process is automated with touch screen registration. Casey used tablet computer to record estimate and take pictures. Used the Angie's coupon for free wax and the whole car looks great. There's a light-rail station right across the street for convenient access to uptown. Highly recommended.

It went well. They were able to correct everything I wanted done except for a piece of the grill that was previously fixed incorrectly. They gave me good counsel and did not fix that piece because it would mean undoing some previously done "bad" work from a previous owner. Had they simply moved forward, it could have cost me thousands more to undo the bad work they uncovered.

Everything went well. We saved a considerable amount over dealer prices for the same thing. We were charged as quoted, and got the car back Sooner than expected.

As always with this company, everything was first rate. I've had Starnes work on my car and my wife's car several times over the last three years. At least once for an insurance claim, but mostly because my wife or I banged up a fender or a door or a side panel. After the first time, I no longer shopped around. I would just call Starnes and make an appointment to bring my car in. From the get-go I could tell from working with these folks that they cared about my business. They've always given my car back to me on time and looking good as new. I really feel like I should invite them out to my house for a cookout to tell them how much I appreciate them.

Casey, the owner, was prompt, courteous and professional. The work was done on time and was able to be done with paintless dent removal. Would go back anytime.

Well overall. Had to have them fix a couple things on the pick up, but they were very professional about it.

They worked with State Farm to arrive at the correct scope of work, performed the bumper replacement straightened the fender, then matched a difficult three-layer color. Casey was responsive and professional throughout the process. I hope I never need them again, but they are on the go-to list if I do.

Most often you go to an auto body shop because of a "not-so-nice/fun" incident (as was the case for me). I chose Starnes from my research on Angie's List and could not be more pleased with my decision. Courteous, professional, timely, honest, sincere are just some of the words I would use to describe my experience. I had the pleasure of working with Casey (owner) directly. He took the time to explain the repair process and the detailed estimate provided (including pictures), in a straightforward, understandable manner. He answered all my questions to satisfaction and made sure I was comfortable with all aspects of the work to be performed. When I picked up my car, Casey (again) to time to review in detail all work done on the car, to ensure it was completed to my satisfaction. His team addressed all the work as requested and, at no additional charge, also addressed a few minor scratches and dings on the car which were not in the area needing repair (above & beyond!). I would (and will) recommend Starnes to anyone needing auto body repair and, if I should happen to need auto body repair in the future, will not hesitate to use Starnes.

Provider kept me up to date and finished within a week. A couple things were not quite right but they were able to get my car back in within a week.

Fantastic. I am very particular about my car. I consider it my baby. So when I got into a fender bender in a parking lot, I wanted to find the best repair shop for a decent price. After checking out Angie's List and the BBB, I decided to try KC Starnes. Casey and Dennis Starnes took great care my car and me and finished the work when they said they would. I also had them do some extra work outside what was covered by insurance. I got my baby back looking all shining and purty. I think she looks better than ever.

Went to 3 body shops for estimates for repairs. All 3 were in same range, with KC Starnes being slightly lower than others. Staff at the shop were very helpful, polite. Finished product looked very good. The thing that impressed me most wasn't the price, the work quality, etc. It was that everything they told me was accurate. They gave me an estimate; that's what it ended up costing. They were busy when I first came in and they told me they couldn't get to the work right away. They gave me a date when they could start and they started that day. They told me it would be done in 3-4 days; it was done in 3-4 days. It is refreshing to have someone tell you what and when they are going to do something and then follow through. I would definitely come back here in the future.

I found them on Angie's List and they were one of the highest rated companies on there.It took two months to get the car back because they literally had to import parts. It is probably the best body work I have ever seen. It is a total auto restoration place.

I had a small scratched area on the rear bumper of the Porsche from a bumper or tire in a parking lot. It wasn't too bad but I decided to get it fixed. Went to KC Starnes based on their Angies List ratings. Stopped by on a Friday afternoon without an appointment. Casey looked at the area and said "Let me give this a try". In five minutes with some wet sandpaper and rubbing compound, the scratches were gone! I asked what I owed him and he said "No charge"!! I also asked about some pin holes in the paint on the hood and he said they were through the paint surface and would require repainting. He identified two levels of treatment--a lower cost touchup and a higher cost repaint which I will consider. So, a free, high quality repair and good advice as well. I don't know if there is another body shop in town that would have done this. Top marks.

The Starnes are not the guys you want to visit often at all, but if I have the need for auto body work, they would be my first call. My sons car was damaged and towed there. When it arrived they called and went over everything with me. Unfortunately insurance totaled the car. In the 24 hours prior to learning about the decision to tail the vehicle both Dennis and Casey called me to review their process and asked if they could help with anything. I met Casey when I went to retrieve the plate and he was very cordial and welcoming. Based on this brief but great experience I would recommend these folks anytime. They seem honest,sincere and trustworthy
