Kathleen was so helpful in the purchase of our investment property. She knows the Charlotte market well and was able to lead us to a fantastic property which we managed to purchase at a great price. Kathleen took care of the paperwork so quickly and thoroughly. She was professional, courteous and made great decisions in regards to closing attorneys, etc. She was quick to respond to all of our needs, helped us organize contractors to make necessary repairs after the closing and organized a painter to paint the entire house. Moonlight Real Estate is truly a full service agency and will help you with every step of your purchase or sale. They even do relocations!
