Wonderful!

We were very pleased with Kale Home Solutions. The quality of work was good and Tugg and his team were very polite and accomodating. They never appeared frustrated by any clarifying adjustments to the scope of work. In fact, they went above and beyond by painting all white wood surfaces on the front of our home to match the areas that they repaired. The only negatives were that the time frame for completion was extended by several days and the painting on the deck lacked attention to detail. Overall, we would recommend Kale Home Solutions and would use their services again.

The workmen arrived on time, were extremely professional, and completed the job in a timely manner. The completed product is perfect and once cured for a longer period of time will match the existing patio. The concrete installer contact person, David Settles walked us through the process and contacted us after the job was completed to make certain that we were satisfied. That is what we deem incredible service! We had also used Kale Home Solutions in November of 2014 to design and create our backyard landscaping which turned out beautifully. As new residents to the Charlotte, NC area we, though seasoned gardeners, appreciated the knowledge and guidance offered by Jeff Kale when selecting our trees, shrubs, and flowers. In addition to the landscaping work, we hired this company to regularly maintain the yard and landscaped beds. Jeff Kale is always available and can be relied upon to answer questions and/ or solve a concern. Our yard is the talk of the neighborhood, resulting in many neighbors asking for the name of our lawn care service. We highly, highly recommend this company for landscaping, lawn care, patio creations, etc.!

David was very responsive to my emails - he had provided me an estimate a few months ago, and, when I contacted him out of the blue last week to finally move forward, he scheduled the work within a week. Tugg came out to wash off the deck the day before the painting - let me know the plan and answered my questions. He was clearly an experienced contractor and knew exactly what needed to be done. We were delayed a little bit by rain but Tugg was a great communicator to make sure it was convenient to come once the rain stopped and the work could begin. He did a great job replacing the cracked wood pieces, and the painting looks terrific. My deck looks new again. I had worked a little with Jeff Kale/Kale Lawn Care, and he was always so responsive and professional - and Kale Home Solutions upholds those same traits. I'll definitely use them again! 

Kale Home Solutions is truly one stop shopping!  Jeff provided a great landscape design and his crew made it happen - all for a very reasonable price. He saved us a lot of money by replanting several exiting plants rather than buying new ones.  We added some landscape lighting and they came and repositioned them for us several times until we were happy with the look.  We also had them pressure wash our siding, some of which was very moldy,and it looks great. Jeff, David, and Mr. Kale have all been super responsive to any questions or concerns we had and were very friendly and easy to work with.

We have signed up for weekly lawn care and Jeff assures us that we will have the best looking yard on the street.  We believe him!

Fantastic company. From the design to the engineering to the actual project, Kale Home Solutions delivered an outstanding experience. Their team was professional and courteous throughout the entire project, and very flexible and accommodating. We were sponsoring a remodel project at our local community center, and KHS handled the exterior project for us. They remained in communication throughout the entire project, updated us on suggestion changes that would benefit the community center, and even proposed cost saving alternatives during the project. Additionally, they were extremely mindful to ensure they maintained a safe environment at all times during the project so that the children and volunteers at the community center were never affected. I highly recommend this company.

Scheduling was easy and the crew showed up on time. They worked hard all day. The owner checked in to monitor the progress and to ensure that everything was done to our satisfaction.
