We had no complaints and it was satisfactory. We have had no troubles since they did the job. The cleanup was very good and they cleaned everything out of the shrubs.

They did a really good job. They were nice, clean, and took pictures. I would recommend them to others. They were good on price and they were the lowest estimate I got. The cleanup was very good and they cleaned up all the nails with a magnet.

They were fine. We had some issues with some of the work and they needed to come back and make some repairs. They did follow up and do the repairs. The cleanup was good. They got the job done in about 3 days.

For a project that we had been dreading for quite awhile, the entire job could not have gone better! This company, with headquarters in Georgia, is relatively new to the St. Louis area and evidently has assigned their best people to this location to establish their reputation in the Midwest. In particular, Joe Skerness, our primary contact throughout the process, was extremely qualified, knowledgeable, available, responsive and accommodating. He handled every detail from beginning to end, including contact with our insurance provider, and he did this efficiently, cheerfully and patiently. Due to job constraints, my husband was not available for much of this project, and Joe took the time to make sure I understood the entire process and never made me feel as if I were asking a "dumb" question. His crew was extremely hardworking, putting in two 11-hour days in very cold, windy weather. They too were extremely efficient, cheerful, polite, and uncomplaining. In spite of the fact that they had just worked two long, cold days and darkness was fast approaching, they put in the time to completely clean up our entire job site. We did have one small glitch with the flashing around our chimney, which I think is an important part of the story because it exemplifies how this company responds to a problem if it should occur. The roof developed a small leak during a sleet storm that occurred the day after the new roof was installed. We first noticed it on Sunday evening and I immediately emailed Joe so that it could be addressed first thing in the morning. However, Joe emailed back that someone would be there within the hour to patch the leak. Because of the darkness and the icy rain, I told him that I appreciated the responsiveness but that it could wait until better conditions. That same night, we also received an email from Joe's superior apologizing and emphasizing that everything would be addressed quickly and to our satisfaction. They were there first thing in the morning, took care of the flashing, and arranged for a painter to repaint the interior wall (which, by the way, was repaired to look better than it looked in the first place, with no cost to us). My husband was extremely impressed, stating that the real mark of a quality company is not only how they handle the routine job, but how they address any issues which may arise! All in all, this was a most satisfying experience with a company who values quality, integrity and complete customer satisfaction. I believe this was not an isolated experience. Our neighbor, who is in the home inspection business and in a position to be much more knowledgeable and critical than I, also had their roof replaced at the same time and were equally impressed and pleased.
