The owner of the company is the one who does the cleaning, and he is courteous and professional. This was the 2nd time we have used Journeys for our carpet cleaning needs, and it won't be the last. My wife was home when the service was performed, and her peace of mind is very important - Journey's went above and beyond in her opinion. Also, the carpets look better than they have in years, so we will be making this task a yearly occurence, especially now that we have two small children.

It went really well and quickly.

The price was expensive. He cleaned it very well and he was gentle. He was very pleasant and professional. I think the price was good for the wool carpet and for the rest of the house it was way too high. I have used him many times since.

It went well! He was a nice guy who uses natural products, which is important to me as a mother and dog owner. The carpets were hardly wet- he uses a great system!

This is the second time we've used Journey's. Barry is the ultimate professional. Our carpets get to enjoy everything 3 children that are 3 and under can throw at them (ground in cheerios, baby formula spit up, etc.), and Barry has a way to continually bring them back to life looking and smelling good as new. This time around, Barry left us with his homemade spot treatment formula which works better than anything we've purchased from the store. We will definitely continue to use Journey's as our go to carpet cleaner.

He came the same day I called within two hours. Explained the procedure and options for putting down protector. Took about 1 hr 20 minutes since I had furniture moved out of 2 rooms and other room cleared as much as possible. After he put the protector down he raked the carpet because he said you get more of the protector down in the carpet. He was very thorough and professional.

Awful felt like my 1 year old carpet was ruined. This process does not work well on frieze. Journey was willing to provide full refund. Also their website says they take a credit card they did not. I had to write a check. Carpet had an offensive odor after they left.

They were pleasant to work with. They showed up on time and left the house very clean. I had no issues with them not cleaning up the house after their work. They were very knowledgeable about the pros and cons of steam cleaning versus dry cleaning. I liked that the company offered the use of organic products in their cleaning process. The price was reasonable and I was overall pleased with the results.

Very well! Owner was very fast and did a thorough job. Very little staining remained which really surprised me. The smell was not that of any type of cover-up or perfume but a pleasant, slight, lemony odor. I was very pleased. He offered to clean more carpet for free but that is all I had. I would definitely use his company again.

They were great.

Barry was punctual and went right to work. He was able to clean an old olive oil stain and you would never know that I have two dogs. He did a great job and is quite pleasant. I will definitely use him again and will certainly use him more often.

Barry did an excellent job on my carpet - he was able to get out stains we had given up on that they would come out!

I plan to use him every 6 months to keep my carpet looking great.

My husband and I just purchased a short sale home in Waxhaw and our first order of business was to have the carpet cleaned with nothing more than the expectation that it would at least be sanitary enough for us to move into the home and until we could replace it with hard surface flooring. The white carpet was incredibly mud and dirt stained. Barry showed up as expected and worked for hours on nearly 2000 s/f of carpet. When he completed the job we were thrilled with the outcome. With the exception of a few small spots he was able to make the carpet look like new again. Where we thought we would have to replace carpet we are going to keep it now because of such a wonderful transformation from nasty to nice! Thank you Barry for doing such a great job.

I thought I was going to have to replace the carpet in my home because of the spots but they got everything cleaned out. The spots were discolorations from pets. They did a dry carpet cleaning. Most of the spots were several years old from the previous owner of the home. After they were done, there were no spots. It looked like newly laid carpet.

I called Barry last minute on the evening of 12/19/2011 and asked if he would be able to fit me into his schedule for 12/20/2011. He came over to the townhouse that next night, ready with all his equipment, to clean. He was professional and pleasant to work with. I unlocked the door and told him that my husband would be by to pay him when he was done. I got a really great deal on Angie's list $149 for less than 700 square feet of carpet cleaning. He went above and beyond and the carpets sparkled. I would hire Barry again and plan to for all of my future carpet needs. I would highly recommend him to anyone that wants your carpets cleaned and with non toxic chemicals.

I purchased a deal from Living Social. Journey's Dry Carpet Cleaning came exactly on time. They were professional and very personable. The cleaning they did is absolutely amazing. We have 4 cats and 2 dogs and our carpets looked pretty bad. After cleaning, they look new! The best part about this product is there is no wait time for drying. The carpets smell great. Our biggest regret is that we have not used this company before and more often. We will definitely use them again and again.

The carpets came out great. All the stains were gone and the rooms smelled great.

service providers were friendly, punctual and proferssional. This was my first time using their service and I can't honestly tell whether the organic dry material they used did a thorough job of cleaning. They did not move or lift any furniture in order to clean underneath.

It was a very easy experience. I phoned Barry. He spoke to me about the job. He arrived on time. Finally a honest worker with not tricks up his sleeves. He was on time, worked hard and did not try to change the price. I would call him again in a heart beat. He is the type of owner who you would call for a quick emergency and he would make you a priority.

They came on time. They were here for an hour. I usually have problems with chemical cleaners, but this was organic. I didn't have any issues. They answered all my questions and I was very pleased with their service and professionalism. I had the Big Deal for that. I was very happy with the work.
