INSPECTION I am in the Real Estate business and have had many houses roofed over the last 30 years. This Roofer misslead me all the way through process. Did not install materials REQUIRED in the contract. Did not install materials required by the North Carolina Building Code and Charged for materials NOT USED. Refused to come back and correct the problems after the roof FAILED A BUILDING INSPECTION done by the Charlotte Building Inspection Department. And sued me when I refused to pay for the bad work. The court ordered me to pay unless I could show that the work that this company did had absolutely no BENEFIT TO ME. I had to pay. Knowing that this Roofer will sue me, if he can, I am maintaining photographs of the work and records of the Building Inspection Reports and will show them to You along with showing You the BAD WORK.
