John Slover Handy Man Service

Description of Work: John was hired to do work on a few different houses at the same time. In the first house he was assigned to paint 3 different rooms. Never completed the installation of a light fixture and paint in the master bedroom. Was asked for over a month to complete and stopped answering emails and phone messages. 2nd house - installed a dishwasher without mounting it and almost caused injury to a tenant's son. Promised to put on a 2nd coat of paint in the master bedroom cabinets and never showed up. Was paid by the owner but never showed up to complete the work. 3rd house - Promised for over 2 months to order screens for another tenant without ordering them. 4th house - Promised to fix carpet and did not return tenant's phone calls or mine. I tried several times to speak with John, and tried to email him several times to complete the work assigned and never returned calls or answer emails. John is very irresponsible, does not return calls, is not prompt to work and never completes work that he is assigned. He does not return emails and continually promises that the work will be completed but does not follow through on what he promises. Unfortunately, he was prepaid on a couple of occassions by the owners of the property. My recommendation is not to hire John.
