After they finished the toilet was found running. We called them back and told them of the problem. They responded quickly and fixed the problem. This toilet had had problems sealing in this area in the past. The toilet is currently up and working well.

Seemed to do a good job in a reasonable amount of time.

They came out very promptly and are very professional. When the inspector came out for the sewer tie in their work was immediately signed off on. They were easy to work with and did the work right the first time.

It took 3 calls.  I wish I had been told there was a backlog and that someone would call me when they were in the area, but my name and number were taken, and no estimate of a return call was given.  The third call was when I had to shut off the water to the entire house because the shut off valve was leaking.  The plumbers came quickly because of that.  I am very pleased that the toilets work fine, and I would call Oates again, for as long as he is in business.  I hate giving them anything but an "A" in everything, but they do need to let the customers know when to expect a response.

Mr. John Oates is a nice person. He has been around for about as long as I can remember. He operates a small company out of his backyard. He is an old friend of mine. I know that he can come out and fix things for me. His prices are fair. The quality of his service is good.
