Joe's Top Notch Services

Joe started off my job great, he was on time, reasonably priced and he and his laborer were doing a good job. However towards the end of the job, Joe informed me that he would not be completing everything in the agreed upon scope because it was more than he had thought it would be. He also stated that he could be making more money on other jobs and would be working on those instead. We agreed on a reduced price total and moved on. A week later the paint in the bathroom began to peel in sheets off of the bathroom vanity, the bathroom door and the linen closet door because they painted latex over oil without properly prepping the surfaces. I contacted Joe multiple times to give him the opportunity to fix his their mistake but he never responded. I ended up peeling, sanding and repainting it all myself. Top notch...not quite.

Went great! Joe is hard working and we didn't feel like we had to stay on top of him and micro manage. He worked long hours to make sure his job was done well and done correctly.
