 + -1 moreJOE DOES STRICTLY TILE WORK AND DOESN''T PRETEND TO BE A PLUMBER OR A CARPENTER. HIS ESTIMATE WAS WELL BELOW ANY OTHER, AND HE DID THE WORK PROMPTLY AND WELL. HE WAS ALWAYS EITHER ON TIME OR CALLED WHEN HE WAS GOING TO BE A BIT LATE. HE WAS VERY PLEASANT TO DEAL WITH AND SEEMS VERY HONEST. HE QUICKLY RETURNED TO REPAIR A COUPLE OF AIR BUBBLES IN THE GROUT, EVEN THOUGH I HAD ALREADY PAID HIM.
