Description of Work: THEY GAVE EXCELLENT ADVICE ON FRAMING AN OLD PRINT THAT HAD SIGNS OF WEAR AND NEEDED PRESERVATION EFFORTS. IT HAS GREAT SENTIMENTAL VALUE TO ME AND THEY HANDLED THE SITUATION WITH RESPECT. THEY ALSO CONTACTED ME SEVERAL TIMES TO KEEP ME APPRISED OF THE PROGRESS. I''M VERY PLEASED WITH THE END RESULT.
