She was very punctual and professional and did an excellent job despite the difficulty of the wallpaper pattern we gave her to work with. I couldn't be happier.

The wallpapering and painting required extensive prep work as well as repair to wallboard that had not been properly prepared when existing wall paper was applied. Removing the wallpaper in the kitchen required an extra day of work due to the condition of the paper and walls beneath the paper. Joan absorbed any additional cost once the price had been set. In addition there were repairs necessary to the ceiling and around the skylight, and Joan made it all look brand new. Painting the back stairway, with its exceptionally high ceiling, must have been difficult but she figured out how to get it done. Joan was always very prompt and cleaned up every day before she left so our lives could go on at night. Although the wall paper for the bathroom did not arrive on time, meaning she had to schedule additional time at my home, she was able to work me in after the paper finally arrived. I really appreciated her flexibility. Bathrooms are usually small four wall rooms, but not ours. This bathroom had twelve corners which must have made it more challenging than usual. I appreciated her patience.
