Hardwood Flooring Service
Initial meeting went okay - seemed to understand what I was looking for. Estimate came in high though for not high end finishes. Lots of subcontractors. Didn't understand how I wanted the shower set up. Didn't know how to use e-mail well so he had to drop his references off in person. References were okay. Body of work not expansive though and only had a few pictures for me to look at.

He came out when he said he would. The work has been going on for at least three quarters of the year. He is very good and very accommodating. It was just him and a crew that came out occasionally when he needed them. He did a superb job and was also really flexible. We were not always at home when he used to come out. We left him with the keys because he was trustworthy. Everything turned out beautifully.
