We can't recommend Jim Crowley enough! He's diligent, trustworthy and aggressive. If he can make a deal work, he will and always keeps your best interests in mind. We're real estate investors and had a difficult listing, one in which the previous company couldn't sell or didn't have the right tools to  do so. We turned to Jim and he had it under contract in two weeks at full asking price! That's right, full price. Being absentee landlords, Jim helped us with staging and eliminating as many negatives as possible. He went out of his way to sell this property and we greatly appreciate his effort! We have worked with many agents over the years and, Jim, by far is one of the best!

Jim has provided excellent advice while also listening to what we have to say.  We had a signed contract on the condo we are selling within less than 2 weeks of going on the market.  We wanted to price the unit to sell and agreed with Jim's advice to replace the carpeting and have the property professionally staged before putting in on the market.  It worked.

We were relocated to Charlotte from St. Louis. We came down for one weekend to see the city and Jim took us out to a few places just to get the feel for what we wanted. We came down a few weeks later for a 4 day weekend and looked at approximately 30 houses. We only had four days to find a house, make an offer and have the inspection. We succeeded! Jim tirelessly showed us house after house, all of which were in our price range and met all our other requirements. He did not encourage us to spend more than our budget. He was very patient with us and our 8 year old daughter, who was with us the whole time. He was very knowledgeable about the areas we were looking and even warned us off of some houses that were potentially located near where a road may run sometime in the next 3 years. He gathered school information for us and always knew what we were looking for. We disagreed a bit about what to offer on a house, but he did not pressure us to go with his idea. We got the house and were able to have it inspected two days later. We flew back to St. Louis as new homeowners. As we didn't close for 6 weeks, Jim kept us abreast of things via phone and email and took care of everything right through the closing. We would definitely recommend him to anyone.
