prompt and professional response. he located the source of the leak (cracked valve) and spotted a failing cooling fan. the bearings were clearly badly worn so he replaced the fan also saving us a problem in the near future.

So happy that we contacted JGL Repair. Jim is a one-man appliance repair service. He knows what he is doing. We had already ordered the part needed for our double oven, and Jim came right over to install it.

Jim was very kind and responsive. He was able to accommodate that day, even with a last minute call. The repair was quick and easy and reasonably priced. He was also knowledgeable about ways to keep the problem from happening again. So, I've now saved in the long run.

Jim arrived on time, was neat & cleaned up after he was done. He installed new outdoor light fixture.  the package was missing the screws but he was able to get some of his & adapt them so that we didn't have to go back to store & get another fixture. He also replaced the gasket in my toilet tank to keep water from continually seeping out. Jim is a great appliance repair man & also has shown that he can do other repairs @ a high level of satisfaction. Jim is a very pleasant, knowledgeable & professional worker.  He tells you the truth about your appliances so that you can make an informed decision about repair or replace.  He is very neat & does extra little things like put zip cords on my excess microwave cord so that it will be out of way of stored items.  Thanks for a great job Jim!
