We cannot begin to tell you what a wonderful experience that we had regarding our move from Colorado! Jane corresponded with us via phone and email daily. She listened to our real estate wants and needs. She helped us find the perfect home for our budget. Jane was so organized that we flew into Charlotte on a Friday morning, visited 42 homes, and we had a contract signed with an established closing date by Sunday afternoon! We have been residing in our home for 3 years now, and our home keeps increasing in value annually! My husband and I HIGHLY recommend her services. Jane is the ultimate professional. Jane also comes equipped with a wonderful sense of humor! We closed on our home via FexEx in Colorado. The transaction went smoothly without and glitches. We are happy home owners. The Team Kusterer ladies are true professionals and they know Charlotte! Jane has helped us buy two and sell one house and Chesson is currently searching for another one for us. After we found the place I wanted to purchase she knew I had never lived in a condo before and explained the differences between living in a single dwelling and condo living. She had me read the bylaws and other pertinent information regarding the development in which I wanted to purchase a home. it was important to Jane that I understood condos have rules and regulations . She explained the benefits of condo living as well Her upper most concern was that I find a place I wanted and would be happy living here. She met all my expectations and got a better price than I thought possible. Since living here I had several tell me their real estate agent told them nothing like what the differences were with condo living that my agent had explained to me. They said there was so much they do no know until after they moved in their condo and found out afterwards. I would recommend Jane to anyone purchasing a home. She has exceptional professional standards as a real estate agent..
