I'm very happy with the service I received. James was very responsive to calls and was prompt on his appointments. His installer was friendly and helpful even though he had to wait 2 hours to pick up my carpet. The installation looks very good and professional and was done quickly. He provided me with the estimate for how much carpet I needed (I bought that myself). He has a minimum charge of $200 so it's not very economical if you only have one room but the service was very good.

Went very well. Mr. Smith came on time. Gave an initial estimate and explained rationale for his approach recommended. He and helper performed work with accuracy and enthusiasm. Work was done in the time estimated. Everything was put back in order. All carpets repaired were thoroughly vacuumed and area was left neat as a pin.
