We had just moved into the house and the windows and screens had not been cleaned in quite some time.The upper floor ( 3rd story) was particularly bad and the sills and ledges were covered in cobwebs and leaves. Jack did a great job removing almost all build up and spotting. The weather was against him as there were severe thunder storms in progress and he had to come back on three different days to complete the outside ( which he did cheerfully). Jack was a pleasure to have around, did excellent work, made time in his schedule to accommodate unexpected weather delays and was extremely polite and courteous. I would not hesitate to use him again.
