Mike and his team were very responsive and accommodating to squeeze in my paver project with minimal notice. He immediately provided a detailed written quote and started work right away. We had some unfortunate weather delays, but Mike did a great job keeping us up to date and still making every effort to finish at the earliest possible date. He kept to his budget and his quality was excellent. I would highly recommend Iron River and would definitely use them again!

It went very well. The owner president, Mike Towery is great to work with and very approachable. I felt like he was part of our team, very easy to work with. He solved all of the problems and made sure everything was completed to our satisfaction. He built an addition to our house, and remodeled our home as well. He built a deck for us, and completed landscaping as well as rock.

The Owner was very Professional and Knowledgable from design stage thru completion. He was on site most of the time, and very attentive to any and all request.The Project was completed on time, within budget and to satisfaction.

I never got the final estimate from them at the time I wanted to. At that point, I had been interviewing other people, so I kind of left it out. He said to me that it can be really expensive to do something like that and I said that you do not have to worry about it. They were pretty much a no go from the beginning. By the time they got me a final estimate, I had that problem resolved. He was responsive, but not so much as I expected. I would not use their service in the future.

Overall everything went smoothly. Excellent input of ideas, Mike is easy to work with and has a great intiuitive sense of what we wanted to accomplish. All of the workers were courteous, neat and did an excellent job.
