If your pleased with the service you can add the tip and if you're not then u can lower the tip. you can talk to a shopper on the phone. You can get a note that they're starting to shop for you. For every item you put on the list, you have a choice to choose to substitute or not to substitute. its been wonderful, the shopper is very pleasant and the people who answers the phone was very gentle. I highly recommend instacart, I can select my own delivery time. At Costco you can order different kinds of large cakes for special occasions for $12. Their service is so thoughtful and convenient, its so helpful that I could almost say having an additional limb, it came naturally on my apple phone because I'm not computer savvy so I can easily log in and put it on my home page so I just tap on it and I have a selection, they give me a nice greeting, 40 stores to buy groceries and several basic stores during the pandemic to buy basic supplies for example Costco, stop and shop, target, Walmart, CVS, staples and best buy. It's incredible and once you selected the store and I click what I want to order like bread, organic chicken, organic vegetables. It gives me choices of what they have in those categories, I can get organic dandelion leaves which is good for the heart. It's easy to use, I can send my elderly friends a practical gift of groceries, I can send people that needs a little help gifts and groceries too. It's great, I can go to Costco and order things, they just deliver the things I can't lift easily to my house, you can pay infinite number of credit card and its very easy to use.

Very good service, connected with all the food stores and even PetCo for pet supplies. Just do order online and they'll shop for you. Good for handicapped people who can't drive. It's great. I'd recommend them. The customer service is the best that I've seen, unbelievably good.

I have an app on my phone, fill out my list, tell them what I want and they will get your stuff to you within 2 hours or less. Yes, there is a fee of $5.00 for delivery, and you can tip the girl or guy if they did a good job. You always have an opportunity to go in after the person leaves to cancel the standard tip if you feel like they didn't do a good job you can cancel it. They get your order then text you and let you know the person is on their way to the store and you can follow them on the app. Then if they have a problem, they will call and say they don't have this, should we substitute this instead. One time we ordered a batch of stuff from Costco and in an hour they were here. They do a great job. If you are in a situation where you can't drive, they are here. You can also pay a yearly fee so you don't have a fee for each delivery. You can get the app on google or ios and it tells you how to use their service. The main office is in San Fran but they are in like 27 main cities. They are wonderful. You know where the driver is at all times. They follow up on whether everything is correct and on time. If you want them to shop several stores at a time, they will do it.
