Innovative, LLC. is a licensed building contractor serving Charlotte and the surrounding area. The company began operations as Innovative Renovations in 2000 and became Innovative LLC in 2009. Jacob Gregory is the founder and lead craftsman behind Innovative, LLC. Jacob has worked in the building industry for the past 20 years and is experienced in all facets of commercial and residential construction, including working for Mecklenburg County’s inspections department as a plans examiner, ensuring that Jacob is familiar with building codes and regulations for this area. Innovative, LLC promises to provide all customers a professional and enjoyable building experience. All work performed and managed by Innovative LLC. is performed by licensed and insured professionals. Our customer’s exposure to risk is of our utmost concern and all craftsmen are covered by workers compensation insurance. All work is permitted and inspected when required. We provide free proposals to customers for most work. Projects are generally priced on a per project basis based on conditions and market rates.
