Great ! I can not say enough good things about Intrinity Landscaping. Last year I moved into my new home and selected Intrinity Landscaping to sod my 1 acre yard. They did an excellent job so I called them again to sod an area due to "hard scape" work that was completed. I had heard Intrinity Landscaping had changed ownership and did have concerns. Mr Cochran, the new owner, is wonderful to work with and he and his crew more than met my expectations. Mr Cochran communicated, followed through, and did an excellent job. I would not hesitate to call them again !

I purchased Amazon local voucher on the recommendation of a neighbor who was very pleased with their service.  They had come out and laid out their recommended lighting arrangement out  her to evaluate overnight and choose what she wanted to add or subtract from the package they suggested.  The deal as I understood it was that for $150 I could purchase $1000 off toward  andscape lighting packages offered by the company.  I called to schedule to have them come out and show us the packages, but the man on the phone asked me the address and square footage of the house, but told me that they really didn't have "packages per se" but would adjust the lighting to our needs.  He said that we did not need to be home for them to lay out the lights since we could see them and decide what we wanted after we saw the lights.
After some delay in coming out, they did arrive and proceeded to INSTALL the lights as they saw fit with no guidance from us.  I was not home at the time and was not aware until later that they had not only chosen the number and placements of the lights, buried the electric lines to the lights and permanently attached a photoelectric box to my house to control the system.  My wife who came home during the work was told that the installer felt that we needed two additional lights and had already put them in.  She was under the impression that we were to be billed an extra $250 over the cost of the voucher package.
After seeing  the lighting,( which seems to be of high quality BTW,) we asked about reducing the number of lights since they added lights to places that were already lit, and had directed lights to shine into our windows at night.  We were informed that we had ordered the package which they priced at $2750.00  and it would be very expensive to rearrange it.  They were offering to remove the charge for the extra two lights, but said that we would be "crazy not to take such a good deal.  After some discussion, I said that my assessment was that 10 lights would be adequate and asked what that cost would be.  I was told that it would be $2200 in minus the voucher for $1000.    Despite the fact that they installed the system permanently without permission, and without input from us as to our preferences, they asserted that if we did not pay them immediately, they would "teach us a lesson"and "make us sorry" we did not take the deal offered.  We received more than a dozen calls over several days, threatening "to pursue our debt aggressively" and numerous emails saying that they were aware of our assets and that they had sold our debt to a collection agency.  Amazon immediately refunded our money, but we continue to be contacted by Infinity landscape. They have refused to come and remove their lights.

Interviewed 5 companies and decided to hire Infinity. They required no money down performed half of the project prior to requesting the first draw. They worked 7 days a week until finished. Cleaned up every night and the work exceeded our expectations and came in below budget. A home run. They even presented us with 2 free drawings. Could not be more satisfied. The country club we live in is hiring them for the club house landscape renovations.

I have been dealing with Todd now for a year and a half. It has been a nightmare since he stop working in the middle of the job. My particular project started in May of 2011 and is still not finished. It included an outdoor patio and seating area with fire pit, as well as an outdoor kitchen and bar. In addition a two story IPE deck with removal of windows outside my master den and installation of french doors leading to the upper deck space. Also, installation of landscaping and irrigation, as well as a brick wall to hide my air conditioning units.
After completing most of the patio, kitchen, deck, and wall, he stopped work for the winter. Shortly thereafter I started to get calls from his suppliers that he had not paid them. Of course, they apologized for this, but I wound up having to pay them. I asked what  Todd told them when they called him. They said he promised to send the checks via UPS or something, but the checks never came. When I called Todd he said that his back was bad and his wife had cancer. I suppose that he thought that was a good enough reason to not call me and let me know.  Now I hear he has been working out of state and will be back for a job in Columbia, SC. But until I called and emailed him I honestly believe he would not have given me a second thought.
So, I was surprised that he responded to me, after almost 9 months. I was further surprised when he said he had lost track of where we were in the project, what we were doing as well as the financials. I have already sought counsel. My lawyer indicated that I must give him time to make good on his contract. So, I have told him he has to the end of the year to complete all the remaining work. But no response to that from him. I will likely have to pay someone else to finish the work and make corrections including repairs to a cracked column support on one of the upper deck supports, and then sue him for that money. In the meantime it appears that others are making the mistake of contracting with him, and suffering consequences as well

It went really well. I found them on google and clicked on their website. It was very professional and the follow up with an Infinity Landscape development member was also professional. I spoke with Todd and set an appointment of which he show up on time. We talked about what I wanted. He came back a week later with a full color design. The consultation was free and the design was amazing. Half the other landscapers I contacted did not even call back or were on time. At the very end I got what I wanted, the job was done in a very reasonable amount of time and the craftsmanship of the crews were great. I feel like they are a very detail oriented company. They handle the complete job from start to finish. I don't have to worry about the electricians, plumber for the sink and gas line, the irrigation repairs, the sod repairs, the brick installation, the bar installation. Infinity handled it all. I didn't know a landscape company existed like this and the job went smoothly.
