I recently purchased a new kitchen sink so I hired a handyman to take out the old sink and the plan was for him to install the new sink.  After getting the old sink out we realized that the new sink had flanges that were hitting the marble counter top and therefore would not completely fit into the hole left by the old sink.  
The handyman I was working with did not do counter top work so I was in a bind and had a big hole in my kitchen counter top and no sink to use.  The first few counter companies that I called either didn't want to do what I needed done or they told me it would be a couple of weeks before they could get to me.  When I came across Impala, I called Manuel and he was at my house within an hour.  He assessed the situation and said we can do this for you this evening!  A couple of hours later his cousin Julien arrived right at the time they said he would.
 Julien not only did an amazing job making the necessary cuts in the counter top and installing the new sink but he also put a sealant on all of my marble counter tops in the kitchen.  These days it seems hard enough to get people to do just what they are supposed to do so it is very rare when someone goes above and beyond like this.  
The other thing that I really appreciated about Julien is that after he left you couldn't even tell he had been there i.e. he didn't leave a mess.  I have been having work done to my hours over the past couple of months and every person that I have hired always seems to leave a mess that I then have to clean up and that was definitely not the case with Julien.  If anything, he left the kitchen cleaner than it was when he arrived.
If these guys did more than counter top work, I would hire them for everything because they truly care about their business and their customers.  Any time I have counter top work that needs to be done, whether installing new counter tops or making adjustments to existing counter tops, I can assure you that I will be calling Manuel and Julien.
The last thing I will mention is the very fair price that Manuel quoted.  He was doing me a huge favor by squeezing me in last minute but what he charged me seemed to be very fair and I appreciated that very much.  I know a lot of people that will try and take advantage of situations where they know the customer is in a tough spot and they will jack up the price because they know you have no other options.  This was definitely not the case with Impala.  Excellent work at a great price which is unfortunately a rare thing these days.  Thank you Manuel and Julien at Impala.

Beautifully!!  Manuel communicated on each step and I actually went to his shop twice to pick out granite remnants.  This helped lower the price on the smaller sections I needed for the bath and fireplace.  Highly recommend them!!

Great experience.  Manuel was recommended to me by a Home Repair & Painting contact.  He came out, measured, and we went to his shop to choose a slab.  We chose from surplus granite to keep the price down, but he had several very nice selections.  The price was fabulous, and the outcome is stunning.  We had one little problem with a small end piece and when we moved the stove back into its spot, it was too tight. Manuel came right out the same day and removed it in order to fix it.  I have already recommended him to other friends and neighbors.

They were great.  They were on time and were quick and efficient.  I will use them again for sure.

We were incredibly impressed from start to finish with how smoothly the process went. From the first time we met with Barry, the entire process only took two weeks. Barry did a fantastic job of coordinating the project through every phase. Manuel, the counter top fabricator, and his helper arrived on time the morning of the installation and completed the installation of the granite, just in time for the tile installation to begin. Manuel was very courteous and did a fantastic job making sure every detail was precise. Rafael can best be described as an artist with his tile work. He is most meticulous and works until the job is complete. Our sink and faucet installation was handled by John Russell, who arrived right on cue. John did a great job hooking up the plumbing and we will use him in the future for projects. Barry arrived late morning and remained on site to make sure things ran smoothly until late afternoon. By evening our kitchen was complete and we couldn't be happier. Thank you, Impala Kitchen and Bath. If you are considering new kitchen or bath counter tops, we would highly we recommend talking with Barry Lancett before you make a decision. He was such a professional! Barry dealt with us fairly and we feel as though the price was very reasonable for the high quality work that was performed.

Our experience with Impala far exceeded our expectations. The price was extremely reasonable and this allowed us to go with very high end materials and products for our newly renovated kitchen. The. finished product was incredible and we found Impala to be extremely reliable, flexible with scheduling, and very knowledgeable throughout our renovation.

Impala was recommended to me by the carpenter that was working on my kitchen.  He was impressed by the way Impala handled a warranty issue several years after they installed granite countertops for one of his clients. 
I was impressed with Impala in each phase of the process.  Barry Lancett was my sales contact and came out and took measurements, quoted the project and suggested several changes that drastrically improved the overall appearance the job. 
After receiving several quotes I decided to go with Impala because they emphasized quality and were very competative.
After the cabinets were installed the owner, Manuel Rizo, came out to take final measurements and he made a couple of more suggestions that enhanced the appearance at no additional cost.
Next we met with Barry at his Granite supplier and selected the specific slabs.  Again a very pleasant experience. 
About a week later Manuel  and his crew showed up and spent most of the day installing the granite countertops, backsplash and window sills. 
There were seveal unique aspects of this project  that required precision cutting and I must say that I am very pleased with the outcome. 
I found everyone at Impala to be very professional, detail oriented and quality conscious.  Best of all their prices are competative.
Now our kitchen has the WOW factor that we were hoping for.
