Excellent! I talked with Ed over the phone and then met with him the next day at his office to look at my options. I took photos of my existing stair case and printed them out so he could see the configuration of my staircase and know how many balusters were needed. He knew I was cost conscious since we were putting the house on the market and he came up with the most cost effective way to update it and meet code requirements. He recommended a pattern of one spiral then one basket, which is what we did. He printed me out a couple quotes and then I was on my way. The second quote was for just in case they needed to re-do the handrail. The existing balusters were stapled in and they were not sure if it would damage the rail during removal of the balusters. That was Tuesday - on Friday they were out and replaced the balusters. Everyone at the company was very friendly and professional, from the two men who delivered the parts to the installer to Ed the salesman. I can't say enough how pleased I was with their service. I know this was a smaller project yet they treated me as if I was their best client. For $750 we got a brand new looking staircase.

Their price was a lot cheaper than another company's bid. This was a great experience. I wanted to do something different and they let me design the whole thing. They worked very well with us.
