Keith is really nice and you can tell that he takes personal pride in his work. We did have some issues with attention to detail as, when the work was complete, the back door to our fence was left open. We didn't discover the problem until we let our dog out into the yard and she ran out the fence. Thankfully, we were able to find our dog and she didn't wander too far away but it could have been disastrous. I discussed the issue over the phone with him and he apologized and told me that any future lawnwork would be done by him personally rather than by his crew. We're going to try him out for the year to see how he does with lawn treatments as he does show a passion and commitment to the quality of his work. His ratings would also be a little higher if he was able to schedule a date of service rather than give us a week or two time frame.
