In the beginning every went well and she was very helpful and nice.  She agreed to do the roof for amount we were given by the insurance company.  We agreed she would match the original color of the shingles which was black.  She had the work completed while we were on vacation and once we returned we noticed our roof was an awful gray color.  When questioned she said she matched the existing color which was a faded color and not the original black shingle as we wanted.  Despite many phone calls and patience, she would not change the color of the roof.  We were eventually demanded to give over the insurance money for her not to take action against us.  So we gave over the money and even were going to allow her to repair our buckled hardwood floors.  In the mean time she had already contacted the insurance company in order to get additional money for the roof because she claimed they did not measure the roof correctly and it was larger.  Once she knew we had the additional money in hand she came over and agreed to help with our floors and at that time we handed over the additional money because we wanted the help with our floors.  After she received the money we never heard from her again.  We left multiple messages and sent numerous emails but we never heard from her again.  My advice to anyone out there is to NOT use Diana given our horrible experience with her and her company.  With all she put us thru, we would have been much better off by not replacing the roof at all and living with our damaged roof.  Please think twice before hiring the wrong contractor, we sure wish we did.
