Description of Work: Finally another clerk after I happened to explain my obsession that when I buy a new gun I do not expect to find marks on it and paint from a display pegboard. By God's Mercy this other clerk merely said well I can order a new one. How simple this second clerk found the solution. Thus, I give Glory to God for if He knows the number of hairs on our heads even, I feel, intervened though one may find fault in being concerned about a gun. But we must remember that inanimate objects hold no danger, only the brain that may choose wickedness.

 + -1 moreStaff was very friendly and professional. Took the time to review each coin. When not sure of one coin, they did research the coin before deciding on price. I was very pleasantly suprised when they offered me about $300.00 more than what I expected to get. Needless to say, they now have the coins. Would definitely recommend!
Description of Work: I went ot Hyatt's to see about selling some of my coins. I had done some research on what the value would be for the coins, so I had an approximate idea of what they were worth. Keeping in mind that Hyatt's would also need to make a profit when they "re-sold" the coins,

 + -1 moreIt's a retail outlet. My experience was good and I keep going back to them often. They have everything in there that a person needs for guns. They are not actually close to my area but I like the selection they have. It's a very large store and it's the biggest one here in Charlotte area. They are pretty expensive. They are always busy.

 + -1 moreThey are one of the biggest gun dealer in the southeast. They also do rare coins. They are the best. They are not the cheapest but quality is an A. They are called gunsmiths so they have the most experts available on hand any place, anywhere around Charlotte.

Description of Work: Placed a special order with deposit. Called several times and was told they would check and get back to me. They never did. Over 8 weeks after the order, I found the gun online and called Hyatt's yet again. After they tried to tell me the online store didn't have the gun, I told them I had confirmed with them that they did. Their response was "fine we can cancel the order and you can get it from them"....which is what I did! (And got a much better price to boot!) Only positive thing I can say is that my deposit was refunded quickly without hassle. Will never do business with them.
