Mickey is great and knows his stuff. His does high quality work. He can be slow with follow up appointments, but this probably has more to do with his suppliers than him. He comes highly recommended for the quality of his work and easy going personality.

Mickey is hands down the best ever! The guy inherited me as a client from a prior owner initiated project and instead of trying to get me for more money he made good on repairing the spa (which had multiple problems) on repeat visits. He also threw in a free filter. Great service and awesome personality. He even threw in a few spa tips along the way.

Great customer service and very personable. My job was a tough assignment and Mickey tackled it as if it were a simplistic job. Took his time and showed a great attention to detail. UPDATE: Two hours after my review went live online, Mickey called me, to set up a time to come out and finish this project. He explained the delay with an unexpected surgery, to which I am sympathetic, but still feel that phone calls are easily returned, even if by someone else, so as to avoid leaving a customer feeling ignored. It seems the man who left the work incomplete and took our parts with him is no longer a part of this company, and that some communications were also left undone. I expect Mickey will be more hands on in the future, to avoid any repeats of this issue. The work was completed a few days later, and I was given a receipt for everything, when I asked for it. He still thinks I owed him another $100 over what we paid, but credited that amount on our final receipt. The work is satisfactory, not leaking, and the hot tub is once again functional. I'd like to thank Mickey for the 90 day warranty, and say that I don't think I'll have to use it. Initially, I felt this company would provide good service, based on the quick response to my quote request, and how fast they came out to do a hands on quote. He told us that all the work we needed would run around $700-$800. I told him that was out of our league at this time, and we discussed doing only the work that had to be done immediately, and my husband doing the small stuff, himself. We agreed to this partial work (4 repairs) for $300. They came out a couple of days later to do the work. My husband paid them the $300, and they left, telling him to wait a day to put water in the hot tub, and to call if any of the repairs leaked. They did not leave any receipt or paperwork with my husband. When it did leak, from the repair next to the pump, we called. I asked him during that call, to please bring the paperwork, for the work they'd done and he said he would. He didn't. He sent his guy out to fix the leak. It was at a spot where they'd tried to stop the leaking, instead of replacing the whole part, as they'd originally thought they'd do. Since it didn't work, the guy cut the part out, and took it with him, seals included, to make sure he came back with the right part. Except he never came. I called Mickey and he said they were looking for the part, and for another small jet and then they'd be back to do both at once. Then he mentioned that we were supposed to have paid them $400, not $300. No. (He was never supposed to do the work on that jet, he offered to find the part for us to do it ourselves, along with the other small scale repairs.) I was surprised when he said that, and told him I remembered our conversation differently. When they did the work, and left, they took payment in full with them, and "unless it leaked" the job was finished. Why would we offer, or they accept partial payment, when the job was complete? I let him know that, and that we'd leave it as a misunderstanding. He never sent the man back with the part he'd taken off, and won't take our calls. Our

Mickey Holt called me and attempted to get the tub running by telling me what steps to follow, but we finally decided he needed to come and check it out. He called when he was on his way and spotted the problem right away. Very shortly tub was working. Told me to call if I had any problems. Very professional and I would recommend him highly.
