HOOK TIRE & SERVICE INC - SOUTH BLVD

I took my car to the car repair shop I had been to before to get the part and have it installed. When my car went up on the life two people looked at the part and said "Madame there is nothing wrong with Your car. The was a screw or bolt or something like that lose and they tightened it and didn't charge me at all. The Owner of Car Tech ( Brad) told me his shop doesn't do auto inspections and said take it back to Hook Tire & Service On South Blvd. and let them finish the inspection on my car because Eddie said my car failed the inspection and I had already paid about two-thirds of the amount for the inspection because the state set it up that way. I was told Eddie will be able to notice that the part he said I needed was not replaced but it should pass inspection. Brad also gave me a business card with the name and number of another car repair shop that does inspections and would certainly pass it. Well I did take my car back and Eddie seemed glad I was back. I guess he thought I was going to let his company do the work on my car and charge me the $346.00. Nope. I told him I was here to get my inspection. I watched out the window the whole time they had my car up on the lift. Who knows what they might do. Ex. Screw up something else ?? Eddie came in and said it passed and I said I knew it would. I WILL never take my car back to Hook Tire & Service on South Blvd. again!

They performed all requested service in a timely manner. I received a call within a few minutes after I dropped my vehicle off and was informed that I had a nail in my tire. They patched the tire for me, changed my oil, and inspected my vehicle. They also submitted my inspection report immediately. The guys there are always extremely nice and professional.

Noticed the treads were wearing thin and we got 2 new tires.

They appeared to be very honest and very competent. I have used them before on an occasion, but this time it was a significant repair that had to be done. I was kind of pleased with the results there. The price was fair.

I had my required 100K mile replacement of the timing belt done. The week before I had my front struts replaced. I had used another company for years and was going to have the work done there until I realized how high their charges were going to be. I checked out Hook Tire and Service and was surprised at the cost difference as well as the higher level of professionalism with all the guys I spoke with there. They also provided me with a ride to my home and back again when the work was completed. I will going there for all my future car service.

I have used them since last year. They are very trustworthy and have real good service. There is nothing that I dislike, and I have nothing but good things to say about them. The mechanics seem to be very knowledgeable. They give accurate time estimates on when my car will be ready. I haven't had a problem with anything they have done, and I haven't had to take my car back after they have fixed it. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future.

I went to Hook Tire and Service on a recommendation and I proceeded to checked them out on AngiesList and I was very impressed. They were very professional, quick and responsive to what I needed. They were very clear in giving an estimate beforehand of what it would require.

They have been great. They do what they say and their prices are reasonable and their prices are fair. They are honest and trustworthy and in the 1 year I have used them they have been great. We started just using them for tires but their service is so convenient that we use them for all our service needs.

THEY DO JUST ABOUT EVERYTHING INCLUDING STATE INSPECTION PLUS THEY TAKE APPOINTMENTS.
