I was impressed with his scope of knowledge, thoroughness of the work his company would do to my roof, and his ability to answer my questions and concerns. He kept in contact with me through the signing of the contract, the roof installation and after the roof was installed. The crew arrived on time and finished the job within 30 minutes of the time I was told it would be done. The workers were courteous, answered my questions and worked well together. They had a positive, upbeat attitude. The owner of the company was on the job site most of the time. He was on the roof too assisting his workers. The material arrived timely. The trash was hauled away as the trailer filled up. My plantings near my house were protected by tarps. They moved my potted plants out of harm's way too. The job went smoothly and quickly. My insurance agent inspected the roof so the final insurance payment could be released to me. He was impressed. He said I had a custom job and the uneven spots he had seen on the roof before the replacement were gone. He said he thought this was an honest company because the trouble spots he observed on the roof before the replacement roof was installed where the wood was compromised were not there any more. They had done what the contract called for-"replace any wood decking that may be needed".
