If I could leave zero stars I would. Terrible customer service. Still had bugs everywhere after their services. I canceled the service and they still continued to charge me. They did not notify me and then sent those payments to a debt collector. I had perfect credit until them. Then when i called the lady was extremely rude and told me basically to go fly a kite. WORST pest control company I’ve ever dealt with. One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

They do a thorough inspection of the exterior of the house. Jin W is doing a wonderful job. Everybody loves him in the neighborhood.

Service is fine. But don't bother with the annual package, they advertise that you save 5% by pre-paying; however, HomeTeam charges the regular amount to the account $104.70 per service resulting in a balance of 5% that needs to be paid at the end of the contract.

Its fine. Its basically just some little tubes built into the walls. They come and put the pesticide or chemicals into the tubes, when they come. So they don't have to come inside the house. They also spray around the perimeter, and knock down spider webs. If there is an issue, we can let them know, so they can treat that as well. Also the same price.

This is such a great company with great employees. Mike McNamee did not quit until he got a little critter removed from my rental property. I truly appreciate him not giving up until the job was done!

The service has gone extremely well with Home Team Pest Defense.  We have a quarterly maintenance agreement with Hometeam where they come out once every quarter to treat the exterior and interior of our home.  The service technician (Eric) is always prompt and very courteous when he comes out. 
We have been using Hometeam for at least 2 years and haven?t had any major problems with pest in or around or home.  The rate that we are charged is $101/quarterly for this service.

They did a great job! They come back and maintain it quarterly, but they'll come out and spray if you call, when you see any other pests. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Fine.  The spider the other salesperson saw was dead due to treatment by HomeTeam.  I also use them for termite protection.
