Gutter on 3rd story which had a loose screw was noticeable on windy days/nights by a banging noise. The handy man who was dispatch for the repair (can't remember his name) did a good job on that particular repair. As far as the shutters were concern instead of having on hand (plastic shutter screws) or going to Lowes or Home Depot to obtain them decided to use metal screws he had on hand which are aesthetically unattractive and have since come out of the brick wall. Had to redo the job 8 months later by going to Loews, getting the proper screws and reinforcing by applying caulking/glue in the holes. If I would have known he was going to do that kind of a lob I would have done it myself, which I ended up doing! I'm a firm believer of hiring employers/companies to provide income and stimulate the economy. This was a very easy job done very unprofessionally.
