What I wanted they did not have. I looked at the shelf where the transformers were, and they did not have one with the power rating that I needed. I have never encountered a long line when I go there. Everyone there tries to help, but are not always familiar with items are. They just mention that the item might be in this area, but it is not always easy to find.

Home Depot came out and measured for carpet installation. I thought $199 entire house would be a good deal. I had already gotten a few other estimates. Home Depot over measured my house. Since they over measured and I would need to buy more carpet this would not be a good deal for me. This would cost me way more in the long run. Most of the time something too good just isn't real. Thanks Home Depot for opening my eyes.

We ordered the countertop the last week of Sept. On the week the countertop should have been installed I called the store and the said it would be the first part of Dec. before the countertop would be done. I canceled the order and they still wanted to charge me $150 for the person coming out to give an estimate. I had to talk with the store manager to get my money back because it was not my fault they couldn't come through with the installation time window they promised. We went with another company in Pineville. We got a nicer countertop with an upgraded edge and two undermount sinks for $600 less. Home Depot charges extra for the edge and every hole cut into the granite and it is all included with the other company.
